Intertwined Roaming takes adaptive reuse to the next level. The host structure at 210 N Harvard Street provides the starting point. The introduction of three new “zones” (referred to as old, mid, and new) create exciting new views and focal points. To maintain consistency between the old and new structures, the new intervention will have a similar footprint as the old, but with changes to its outer shell surfaces, materials, and height.
