Calling all U.S. architects and designers. The last day to enter the 2015 Hansgrohe+Axor Das Design Competition is Friday, August 14

The Hansgrohe and Axor brands are world renowned for their excellence in design, sustainability, performance and installation. The competition celebrates these qualities in various contexts through real-world projects. U.S. architects and interior designers are invited to enter recent projects that thoughtfully incorporate Hansgrohe or Axor products to create innovative or inspiring environments, from hotel and restaurant bathrooms to private kitchens and baths, and more.

“We believe that good design deserves to be celebrated,” states Hansgrohe USA President Erik Christensen. He continues, “Das Design allows us to recognize our valued industry partners and the ways in which their work sets the standards for the kitchen and the bath.”

The competition is open to projects that were built in the U.S. within the past three years. Categories of entry include: Residential, Hospitality, and Commercial. Entry is free and can be done completely online. Entrants will be required to include brief descriptions about their project including their selection and integration of Hansgrohe/Axor products, and attach at least three images of their project.

The first place winner in each category will receive a $2,000 certificate for Hansgrohe or Axor products and a round trip ticket to New York City–including luxury hotel accommodations–to attend an awards ceremony and VIP event with the Head of the Axor brand, Philippe Grohe, and designer Antonio Citterio on October 6, 2015. Winners will also be promoted through an online competition gallery and Hansgrohe USA’s PR and social media channels.
