Broberg & Ridderstråle Tap Into Gravity for Apollo Light by Pholc
Pendant fixtures really have pull… the gravitational kind. Mats Broberg and Johan Ridderstråle fixate on that force with Apollo, their light for Pholc. The Broberg & Ridderstråle co-partners devised a slim stem and a cone-shape shade, both machine-turned from either brass or aluminum to accentuate the suspension. The shades retain a natural matte finish, but the bodies host a variety of perky powder-coats, such as coral pink and honey gold. Perfect as a singular punctuation mark, it’s also specifiable in three varying heights, so interactive arrangements are possible.
