Fabric: Lisa Hunt Creative

Gifted Brooklyn artist and designer Lisa Hunt launches into home decor with Alchemy, a stunning collection of hand-screen prints, many touched with 24-karat gold leaf and in limited editions.
To design the originals, she draws on her mental storehouse of intriguing symbols and forms, then creates digital sketches that she prints and collages into patterns, experimenting with scale and painting on details. The art pieces measure in size from 14 inches square to about 42 by 47—perfect as wall accents. Next up is a wallpaper collection, already in progress; textiles and ceramics will follow.
