García Cumini Imbues Zanotta Tables With Sartorial Sensibility
Sartorial sensibilities shift from the closet to the dining room with the Tweed tables by García Cumini for Zanotta. Recognizing that wood grain often resembles woven textiles, Vicente García Jiménez and Cinzia Cumini configured the patterns like layered fabric, so the tops look different depending on the perspective. Available in oak with a gray-painted underside or walnut with black, they come in three organic shapes: virtually round, oblong, and elongated. The latter could easily double as a conference table.
