Grand Rapids Chair Company Debuts New Showroom for NeoCon
Grand Rapids Chair Company
, the family-owned chair and table manufacturer, will unveil its new permanent showroom at Chicago’s Merchandise Mart during
NeoCon
, being held June 10-12 this year. In addition to unveiling the new 1,000-square-foot showroom, the company will also debut three new contract lines—Bodie lounge furniture, Roy modular furniture and Felix chairs and training tables—that “push the envelope” in terms of design and function, according to Geoff Miller, president, Grand Rapids Chair Company.
Located on the Mart’s third floor in suite 394, the newly renovated showroom will feature a broad variety of the company’s chairs and tables for a multitude of design environments including offices, restaurants, hotels, schools, and health-care spaces, among others. Miller says that after years of exhibiting on the temporary floors during NeoCon, the company is thrilled to have a space to call its own. This new showroom will give its customers “a convenient, year-round resource to assist them in their buying decisions,” he says.
