Haas Brothers Exhibits “Cool World” at R & Company
Nikolai and Simon Haas create in countless mediums: ceramic, fur, resin, brass, polyurethane. But superb craftsmanship is a constant. It’s on full display in “Cool World” at R & Company in New York, opening November 4. Among the twins’ first U.S. solo exhibition will be their Accretion vases, Elephant Skin candelabras, and Hairy J. Blige bench, all new. However, their racy installation, Advocates for the Sexual Outsider, first appeared at Design Miami/Basel in Switzerland.
