Jeremiah Goodman’s Artwork Remembered in New Monograph

Until just before his death last year, Interior Design Hall of Fame member Jeremiah Goodman had been working on a volume with editor Dean Rhys-Morgan chronicling his life though artwork and archival photographs. Now, PowerHouse Books released “Jeremiah: Inspired Interiors” on October 15. Among the pages is a chapter on his Interior Design covers and this presentation sketch for designer Marjorie Shushan. To celebrate the book’s release, Bergdorf Goodman is showcasing all of Jeremiah Goodman’s Interior Design covers in its window display (754 5th Ave) for the entire month of October. Meanwhile, a same-titled exhibition of 100 of Goodman’s paintings displayed at the Gallery at 200 Lexington at the New York Design Center.
