Kanye West is Designing a Bed for Kim Kardashian
What do you do when you need a new bed? If you’re Kanye West, who has already made the transition from producer to musician to fashion designer, you make it yourself.
In a series of recent tweets, Yeezy showed off his sketching skills with a drawing of the bed he’s custom designing for the Hidden Hills, California, compound he shares with wife Kim Kardashian, 2-year-old daughter North, and 3-month-old son Saint.
In addition to announcing his furniture debut, the Life of Pablo maestro waxed on his number one rule of design, the merits of fashion designer’s Rick Owen’s own bed release, and his love of Jean Royère’s Polar Bear sofa. You can check them all out below—the only item missing is whether the West bed will become a production piece.
