Milliken Hosts LMNOP Benefit

LMNOP, a volunteer-based networking and professional development organization for the A&D community, took over Milliken’s newly renovated New York showroom for their annual Summer Benefit last month. Over 100 guests—a veritable who’s who of the New York A&D community—sipped cocktails while taking in the panoramic 26th-story view from Milliken’s stylish new digs, designed by LMNOP Gold Sponsor M Moser.

The main event was a raffle to raise funds for LMNOP’s ambitious calendar of professional development programs, which include networking events and a series of IDCEC-accredited CEU workshops, which will be organized in collaboration with IIDA for the first time this year. Prizes, donated by sponsors and supporters of the organization – including Knoll, Coalesse, NYDC, Luna Textiles, Skyline Glass, Work Spaces, Steelcase, Milrose, and Levine Calvano – included everything from Yankees tickets and a MoMA membership to Steelcase Task Lamps, Knoll Design books, and throw pillows from Luna Textiles.
