Mohawk’s New Floor Tiles Create a Textured Indoor Landscape

Martin Lesjak and Anastasia Su think that landscapes shouldn’t end just because you’ve stepped indoors. The CEOs and creative directors of 13&9 Design therefore conceived Topography, a tactile panorama of shifting planes and changing colors for Mohawk Group that puts texture underfoot. Five modular patterns with embossed or impressed detail can work independently or join for maximum graphic impact. Two are available as 24-inch squares, while three are offered in the new 24-by-48-inch plank, especially fitting for open plans. The nylon fibers come in a palette of brights and neutrals.
