Momentum Group Creates $200 Million Powerhouse with D.L. Couch, Eykon, Tri-Kes Acquisitions

Momentum Group widens its wall covering portfolio with the acquisition of sister brands D.L. Couch, Eykon, and Tri-Kes, creating a $200 million multi-brand powerhouse in the contract textiles sector.

The combined companies, which employ 130 sales representatives and 60 customer service specialists, will boast more than 1,000 fabric patterns and 1,000 wall covering patterns available in more than 20,000 colors, with options tailored to hospitality, heath care and corporate projects.

Momentum CEO Roger Arciniega says the fit felt right from the start, “to the point that we could finish each other’s sentences,” adding, “Culture is one of the very most important aspects of transactions of this scale, and it is great to be starting off on such as solid foundation.”
