Pendry Residences West Hollywood to Open in 2020 on L.A.’s Sunset Boulevard
A trio of design industry stars is joining forces in a high-visibility project slated for a Summer 2020 launch in Los Angeles. Ehrlich Yanai Rhee Chaney Architects is collaborating with New York- and London-based Martin Brudnizki Design Studio and Lifescapes landscape designers for the Pendry Residences West Hollywood by luxury hospitality firm Montage Hotels & Resorts.
With their Sunset Boulevard address, the 40 luxury dwellings—which range from 2,900 square feet to 6,000 square feet—will have access to the 149-room Pendry West Hollywood hotel’s services and amenities. The residences will feature plenty of their own design perks, too: outdoor terraces (a select few measuring 3,400 square feet), exclusive elevators, full-height windows, and custom kitchens for all, private pools and spas for some. A rooftop pool, fitness center, screening room, bowling alley, boardroom, and private lounge add to the mix. Cuningham Group is the executive architect firm. Here’s a sneak peek.
