Reunion Goods & Services Brings Cheeky Touches to Quality Eats Upper East Side

The “neighborhood steakhouse for a new generation” has just arrived at a, err, new neighborhood. After debuting in the West Village two years ago, Quality Eats, the casual, millennial-focused restaurant from the team behind Quality Meats, has begun serving its signature affordable and underrepresented cuts of grass-fed beef on the Upper East Side, in similarly cheeky yet locally driven environs by Reunion Goods & Services. “It’s both old-school and novel,” partner Carlton DeWoody says of the 1,200-square-foot space’s vintage and custom furnishings accompanying original brick and commissioned illustrations, inside and out, that nod to area businesses of yesteryear. Reunion is currently familiarizing itself with a whole new city: Quality Eats breaks ground in Chicago’s West Loop next year.
