Søren Rose Studio’s Reflect Cabinetry Responds to Changing Light Conditions
In 1968, Arne Munch stunned the Danish kitchen industry with C-Series, a cabinetry system for his fledgling Uno Form brand, distinguished by sleek slatted fronts. Five decades later, Søren Rose Studio founder Søren Rose pays homage to his predecessor with Reflect. Flaring the corners of the face panels allowed them to respond to changing light conditions. “With all the surfaces casting light into the room, we were able to create something entirely new,” the designer says. The unit is available in seven ultra-matte laminates. Or consider three varieties of oak, which gain a patina over time.
