Past LED lobby signage, visitors actually head down, first, for an interactive audio display. From there, the elevators zoom to the 102nd floor, nearly 2,000 feet up, in just 60 seconds. On that level and the two below are a restaurant, a shop, and, of course, panoramic views worth the price of admission.
