A Historic Furniture Brand Looks to the Future

Brown Jordan knows the value of staying true to its roots. Since Robert Brown and Hubert Jordan founded the outdoor furniture company in 1945, designers and collectors have relied on this storied brand’s vast array of original designs to outfit luxury outdoor settings for over 70 years. They continue to bring that tradition into today by producing elegant and modern indoor-outdoor pieces that elevate residential and commercial spaces alike. And Brown Jordan knows that best-in-class quality isn’t just a factor of design—materials matter, too. That’s why they maintain a longstanding partnership with performance fabric manufacturer Sunbrella, ensuring that Brown Jordan pieces look great year-round and for years to come. Together, these two elements cement the brand as a mainstay in the outdoor furnishings market.

But to stay on top of their game, Brown Jordan realized they needed to shake things up a bit. As part of their “Change is in the Air” campaign, they’re focusing on new designer partnerships and expanded showrooms, among other changes. For now, designers will have to content themselves with these small tidbits of information, but more will be revealed on September 24.
