Design Within Reach (DWR) recently expanded its showroom presence with a must-visit locale in Paramus, New Jersey. To celebrate the new digs, the esteemed retailer and Interior Design hosted an unforgettable evening there June 26, 2025, welcoming nearly 50 industry experts and design enthusiasts.
Rebecca Thienes, Interior Design market director—who recently joined DWR in Copenhagen during 3daysofdesign to celebrate new launches with iconic brands like HAY, J.L. Møller Møbelfabrik, and Louis Poulsen—kicked off the event with a testament to the retailer’s continued momentum in expanding and activating its various locations. The expansive Paramus showroom is a prime example of such growth, offering a curated assortment of furnishings and accents tailored to the region. The locale also spotlights DWR’s Design Concierge program—a service that helps buyers personalize their interiors with in-house experts.
As attendees explored the new showroom, sinking into plush seating and admiring sculptural lighting, they also had a chance to connect with each other. From an abundance of small bites and drinks to engaging conversations, not to mention exclusive raffle prizes, the evening’s lively atmosphere reflected DWR’s commitment to evolving its footprint—and hints at what’s to come.
