Fabrice Berrux Builds His Bonaldo Panorama Collection Around the Hexagonal Pouf
Fabrice Berrux wants to put a hex on you—make that under you. The multidisciplinary, multi-industry French
designer based his Panorama collection on a single item: the hexagonal pouf. This basic building block can be customized in myriad ways. Augmented with armrests and a back, the pouf becomes a chair. Plus, units fit together like puzzle pieces, so multiple chairs can mushroom into seating landscapes or interface with the sofa version. “It creates collective spaces, islands of comfort, protective cocoons to lie back on freely,” says Berrux. Offered in a wide range of sizes, the wood-framed units can be upholstered in any of
numerous available fabrics or leathers.
