Bio : Mancini Duffy has been in business for nearly 100 years, established in 1915 as Thomas Bruce Boyd Architect, Inc. In 1920, the corporation reorganized and changed its name to Halsey, McCormack & Helmer, Inc. and were architects of such landmark buildings as the Williamsburgh Savings Bank in Brooklyn and the Ridgewood Savings Bank in Queens. Duffy Inc. (established in 1955) purchased the firm in 1967. In 1987, Duffy Inc. and Ralph Mancini Associates (established in 1981) combined their complementary talents to form Mancini Duffy. Headquartered in New York City, the firm also works globally as IPiD—International Partners in Design—combining local knowledge with global expertise from primary offices in London, Sydney, and Singapore. The full reach of Mancini Duffy’s capabilities extends to 27 offices in twelve countries. In 2011, Mancini Duffy acquired certain assets of TSC Design to provide clients with a greater depth of resources and talent, and help advance their commitment to offering clients a diverse range of integrated design solutions across different disciplines and markets.
