Kimball Office and the Philadelphia 76ers have opened the Sixers Innovation Lab, an 8,000-square-foot communal workspace in Camden, New Jersey. Located in the Philadelphia 76ers Training Complex, the Innovation Lab seeks to better understand the evolving needs and compounding challenges of rapid-paced workplaces. In addition, the lab will provide tenant companies, all of which are small businesses, with resources to help accelerate their development.

“We couldn’t ask for a better place to host prospective clients, to showcase our latest product innovation, and provide a real-life view of how Kimball Office researches and improves workplace performance and enhances corporate culture.” says Mike Wagner, president of Kimball Office. The lab will generate real-time data that will help Kimball Office design smart, technology-driven office furnishings that address the demands of today’s constantly changing workplace.
