2026 NYCxDESIGN Awards Submissions Are Open

Calling all designers in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut—submissions are open for Interior Design’s 11th annual NYCxDESIGN Awards. Celebrating more than a decade of design excellence and showcasing local talent, the awards spotlight visionary interiors and architecture as well as category-defining products that reflect the energy, diversity, and creative force of the tri-state area.

Long recognized as a proving ground for ambitious ideas, the region continues to influence design worldwide. The NYCxDESIGN Awards honor work that rises to that challenge, including designs by local students. Winners and honorees will gain industry-wide recognition—as well as visibility through the magazine’s vast reach—and be honored at an in-person ceremony hosted by Editor-in-Chief Cindy Allen in May, alongside the NYCxDESIGN Festival. Ready to make your mark? Catch the early bird deadline and submit by February 27, 2026. If you need more time, be sure to complete all entries before submissions officially close on March 20, 2026. Students, don’t miss the chance to submit—free of charge—by April 17, 2026.
