Founded by architect Kyle Bergman in 2009, the Architecture and Design Film Festival’s mission is entertain and educate on the connectivity between film and architecture. With festivals in Chicago, New York and Los Angeles, ADFF celebrates the creative spirit that drives design with films, events, and panel discussions.

“The festival is [now] a truly national event,” says Bergman. “On one hand, LA is the most obvious choice for its deep connection to film and rich culture of design; on the other hand, it’s the most challenging due to the physical nature of how far the city spreads. We hope that our downtown LA venue will attract people from all corners of the city, to join in a lively and meaningful dialogue about design.”
