Listen Up! SANDOW Design Group Launches Podcast Network, SURROUND
Kick back, turn up the volume, and peruse SURROUND, a new podcast network from SANDOW Design Group featuring the industry’s go-to shows. From ThinkLab’s Design Nerds Anonymous—the first podcast to launch under the brand’s umbrella—to sustainability-focused Deep Green by Metropolis and The Mic by NYCxDESIGN, hosted by none other than Debbie Millman, SURROUND is the hub for creative conversations, endless inspiration, and design resources.
The platform stands out in its breadth of offerings, enabling designers to gain invaluable insights on topics as varied as industry research, climate change and equity, and the future of design. SURROUND follows the success of DesignTV by SANDOW, which launched in 2020, and will continue to add new shows to its roster throughout the year.
“SURROUND offers a natural progression of SANDOW Design Group’s long history of providing the inspiration and information the industry needs,” stated Erica Holborn, CEO of SANDOW Design Group. “We’re delighted to launch an audio platform connecting our unparalleled design-driven audience with a wide variety of authentic perspectives.”

Current shows on the network also include MillerKnoll’s Looking Forward, which centers on the business of design, and The Learning Objective by ThinkLab, which enables listeners to receive continuing education credit through AIA and IDCEC.
“We’re big believers in the power of the network effect. By bringing together podcasts from SANDOW Design Group and some of our most innovative partners, we’re excited to help listeners in our industry grow their list of favorite shows,” adds Bobby Bonett, EVP, digital and strategic growth at SANDOW Design Group.
SURROUND podcasts are available on all podcast platforms, including Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Stitcher, Pandora, iHeartRadio, and Google Podcasts. Listen here.
