SANDOW Design Group Acquires Canadian Design Magazine, Azure

SANDOW Companies is expanding its offerings of top design publications with the acquisition of Canadian architecture and design magazine, Azure. Announced on December 17, 2025, Azure will operate as part of SANDOW Design Group, a collective of influential media, research, and creative services brands.

Founded by Sergio Sgaramella and his partner in business and life, the late Nelda Rodger, more than four decades ago, Azure offers a global perspective and vital insights into architecture, interiors, product design, landscape, and urbanism. The magazine, which continues to play an integral role in elevating Canadian design, reaches an international audience of design professionals and enthusiasts.
