Interior Design Hosts Manufacturers and Designers in Palm Springs at Re:Source 2019

Designers and manufacturers gathered this week at the Parker Palm Springs in Palm Springs, California for four days of meetings, networking, and breakout sessions at Interior Design’s biannual Re:Source event. The 110 attendees arrived Sunday for an afternoon of networking with peers and got to know each other at a cocktail hour over tarot card readings.

Re:Source connects designers and manufacturers, allowing designers to discover all of the latest offerings on the market and enabling manufacturers to expand their client base through in-person meetings. Over the course of the multi-day retreat, 750 of these types of meetings took place. Of course, it wasn’t all business all the time. Attendees gathered for dinner Monday night at the posh Mister Parker restaurant, and those wanting to partake in some fun and sun during their downtime were treated to a guided hike in nearby natural parks, and then croquet in the garden while enjoying gin and tonics.
