These Bath Fixtures Pay Tribute To Achille Castiglioni
Taking a more intuitive approach than the typical H and C markings to designate hot and cold, these red and blue levers won’t get lost in translation: The colorful tabs guide your eyes and hands to just the right place. The new Achille Castiglioni Collection bath fixtures are based on the legend’s original drawings, sketches, and maquettes from the 1980s, thus honoring his creative intentions. A highlight is this compact and efficient single-hole design that integrates the functionality of a three-hole system, reducing the footprint to a minimum. Other iterations include wall-mount mixers, three- and five-hole deck mounts, shower fittings, and more. The series is the latest from Italian brand Mamoli’s Maestri series, all based on the historic works of Giò Ponti and Alessandro Mendini.
