A Feature Wall at this Hong Kong Bakery Displays 1,500 Actual Bread Loaves

To find a defining motif for 750-square-foot Hong Kong bakery called Dreams. The BreadPlotCreative Interior Design founder and design director Oscar Chan didn’t have to look far. He composed the feature wall, 30 feet long by 4 feet high, with actual loaves lacquered in pretty pastels derived from such bakery specialties as green-tea pumpkin bread. In the windows, super-tall pedestals present Western-style treats like the croissant and the Bundt cake.
