A Feature Wall at this Hong Kong Bakery Displays 1,500 Actual Bread Loaves
To find a defining motif for 750-square-foot Hong Kong bakery called Dreams. The Bread, PlotCreative Interior Design founder and design director Oscar Chan didn’t have to look far. He composed the feature wall, 30 feet long by 4 feet high, with actual loaves lacquered in pretty pastels derived from such bakery specialties as green-tea pumpkin bread. In the windows, super-tall pedestals present Western-style treats like the croissant and the Bundt cake.
