Blips: He’ll be very visible…
For the upcoming retrospective “Bruce Nauman: Disappearing Acts,” October 21 to February 18, 2019, more than 125 of the 76-year-old artist’s works take over the sixth floor of the Museum of Modern Art in Midtown and all of MoMA PS1 in Long Island City. It takes two institutions and that amount of space to showcase his compendium of mediums, printmaking, photography, neon, and architecturally scaled environments among them. The 1988 video installation Green Horses and the 1967 ink drawing Myself as a Marble Fountain are highlights.
