ClubSwan 50 Yacht Features Luxe Interiors by Poltrona Frau and Michele Bönan

Poltrona Frau just got its sea legs. Collaborating with naval architect Juan Kouyoumdjian and interior designer Michele Bönan, the Italian manufacturer’s interiors-in-motion division has furnished its first yacht, the ClubSwan 50 by Finnish shipyard Nautor Holding. The “50” refers not only to the model’s anniversary but also to the length in feet of the carbon-fiber hull. Belowdecks, where teak dominates, the boat sleeps four in the master and guest cabins when used for cruising. When racing, which the yacht did recently at the Rolex Swan Cup, eight can fit, thanks to the dinette’s convertible L-shape sofas and drop-down beds. Also convertible are the wardrobes, handsomely designed in cotton canvas and, of course, Poltrona Frau leather.
