Perlick Unveils First Full-Size Appliances

It only took a century. Famous since 1917 for under-counter kitchen solutions, Perlick has finally risen above the surface with its first-ever line of full-size appliances.

The introduction of 84-inch-tall column refrigerators, wine coolers and freezers is the culmination of several years of research, says vice president of marketing and business development Tim Ebner.

Launched earlier this year at the Kitchen and Bath Industry Show, the refrigerator boasts four zones of independent cooling, dual-chamber air filtration and touch-screen control panels. The wine reserve’s temperature settings can be customized for red or white varietals. Both 24-inch-wide models are available in slate-black or brushed-stainless finishes, with interior LED lighting and electronic humidity monitoring.

At the same time, Perlick also embarked on the cooking category with its first dual-fuel ranges and range tops.  Developed at the manufacturer’s West Coast Innovation Center, the line features the highest-BTU burner and oven capacity in the industry, as well as a turntable oven rack system and sous vide cooking mode.
