RH New York Revolutionizes Retail With New Gallery

New York’s historic Meatpacking District welcomes a new neighbor with the opening of Restoration Hardware’s largest retail store to date, RH New York, The Gallery.  The new store opened on September 5 with a spectacular industry party where about 1,500 guests wandered the 90,000-square foot steel, glass and brick space, featuring RH’s signature home furnishings.

With The Gallery in New York, RH will also debut two new services: the RH Interior Design Studio and Design Atelier.  The goal is for clients, designers, and architects to use the Design Studio and Atelier to create customized products and receive personalized assistance from RH design specialists.

To top off the new space, literally, is a glass-encased rooftop restaurant by RH Hospitality founding president Brendan Sodikoff. The ritzy restaurant shares the roof with a park-like wraparound deck with sweeping views of downtown Manhattan.
