, a residential condominium complex named for it’s star-studded location, opened for sales this month.

The 54-unit project, which features three two-bedroom floorplans and a penthouse, sat in foreclosure since the 2008 market crash, but today are all systems go under Los Angeles-based Pacifica Real Estate Services. The units are outfitted with Viking appliances, and Eco-Intelligent fireplaces, and some offer panoramic views of L.A. County. The site itself has a storied history as the former home of the Masquers Club and the Villa Capri Restaurant, a favorite hangout of the Rat Pack.
