Which recent project is most inspiring? We asked our Top 100 Giants to weigh in. View three responses here, and head to the slideshow for more!

1. Firm: Skidmore, Owings & Merrill.

Project: JT International, 2015.

Site: Geneva.

Standout: Powder-coated aluminum panels commissioned from artist Liam Gillick enliven the main staircase at the 400,000-square-foot headquarters.

2. Firm: Yabu Pushelberg.

Project: London Edition, 2013.

Site: London.

Standout: In the lobby, backlit mirrors with silver-leafed arches unite the contemporary blackened steel bar with restored plaster molding from the 19th century.

3. Firm: ZGF Architects.

Project: Randall Children’s Hospital at Legacy Emanuel, 2012.

Site: Portland, Oregon.

Standout: Channeling the healing force of nature, a hallway gallery was transformed into a forest of pine logs.
