The Interior Design Hall of Fame member’s latest collection, Numino, fabricated at the Ralph Pucci factory in New York, highlights translucent yet color-rich resin. Tabletops shaped like a lima bean or artist’s palette and propped on thin steel legs have a subtle lip, creating a tray effect that keeps objects secure. Simpatico seating elements, including a settee, a sofa, and a lounge chair, have an echoingly generous silhouette and upholstery specifiable in a two-texture scheme: nubby on top and velvet on bottom. One may observe that the tables seem slightly small in scale, while the seating appears oversized in comparison—and thus extra cosseting.
