From a Lego-accented reception desk that reflects the youthful energy of start-ups, to morning donuts worked off at an in-house gym, to vinyl graphics that interpret city-street grid—these are media offices with with a big dose of personality to boost productivity.

Project: Campus, London

Standout: Shelving made from vegetable crates and a Lego-accented reception desk reflect the youthful energy of the start-ups at this co-working space, launched by Google.

Project: Autodesk, San Francisco

Standout: Vinyl graphics interpret the street grid of the city, while its nature-loving ethos comes through in a meeting area’s free-edge walnut tabletop and wooden paneling, both reclaimed.

Standout: The names of popular vacation spots, emblazoned on vinyl wall covering, meet pine shelving that displays employees’ travel souvenirs.
