Stephanie Metzger is an award-winning, New York-based interior designer and creative director with over 10+ years experience. After receiving her B.F.A. from Miami University, she began her career in luxury hotel design with HBA and later, retail store design with Interbrand Design Forum. In 2014, she moved to New York City to join BHDM Design, now Mazzarini & Co. Over the past decade with the firm, she has worked on a diverse range of project types and sizes across the globe, spanning the industries of hospitality, commercial, retail, fitness, workplace, healthcare and residential design. Her role has evolved from interior designer to senior creative director, with a focus on strategy, concept, user experience and brand-building identity. She has developed concepts, enhanced brand identities, designed, and managed projects for Google, Ralph Lauren, National Geographic, Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott, IHG, J.P. Morgan Chase, Casper, Target, Hudson’s Bay Company, Jack Spade and Flywheel, among other bars, restaurants and boutique hotels. Metzger started as Mazzarini & Co.’s first intern and has risen through the ranks, building and running impactful projects from concept through execution.
