An interior design principal at NBBJ, Ashlie Fuller has spent more than 20 years guiding global organizations in designing their headquarters, corporate workplaces, and commercial developments. Marshaling an ideas-focused design approach, charismatic curiosity, and an investigative spirit, she creates innovative environments for clients such as AEG, Amgen, Hana Bank, Swire, Tencent, and Warner Bros. Discovery to drive creativity, collaboration, and well-being. Fuller’s designs bring people together across creative pursuits, celebrate new, diverse modes of working, and reflect how people engage with their communities. From the big picture to the finest of details, she believes that design and joy work in tandem to create immediately felt, functional, and tactile experiences. Fuller is a designer in many senses of the word: for her, interior design, fashion design, furniture design, and architecture are differentiated mostly by their scale, each offering limitless opportunities for creativity. A practicing artist herself, Fuller experiments with diverse media and brings this creative sensibility directly to her work. From curating art installations within the Los Angeles office to participating in urban art crawls and community outreach activities, she channels her artistic practice into crafting unconventional, imaginative workplaces that capture whimsy, delight, and joy.
