In 2021, Los Angeles-based Nathan Anthony Furniture co-founder and creative director, Tina Nicole, pursued a collaboration with multimedia and NFT artist Sahara Novotna. The resulting IRL cryptocurrency-themed furniture collection was introduced in April 2022 at High Point Market, and was presented as a limited run series of 10 NFTs on OpenSea.io. The latest project entitled “Embrace Materiality” was created to continue her exploration of material applications for Web3 environments with NFTs based on the brand’s curvaceous “Embrace” seating styles.
