New Product: Berenson’s Anti-Microbial Hardware

Berenson Corporation plans to introduce five new decorative hardware collections within the Berenson CleanTech Antimicrobial series next month in partnership with Susan G. Komen Foundation. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Komen for the Cure. “Unlike other antimicrobial hardware products available on the market, which only inhibit the growth process of harmful bacteria, Berenson CleanTech Antimicrobial Hardware kills bacteria,” said Lorne Smith, president of Berenson Hardware. (Chrome and nickel allergies affect 20 percent of the North American population.) The antimicrobial hardware will be available in polished chrome, satin nickel and brushed nickel. Note: CleanTech surpasses the Builders Hardware Manufacturers Association standard test for salt spray durability.
