Daniela Pinotti Unveils Aura Wallcovering Collection
Italian textile and surface designer Daniela Pinotti moves easily across disciplines, with extensive experience in both fashion and interiors. When not creating prints for brands like H&M, she conceives custom fabrics and furniture for her eponymous line. This spring, Pinotti also founded Et Al, a creative workshop in Rome that hosts exhibitions and events as well as her own studio. The space recently presented her wallcovering collection Aura, four hand-painted designs evoking the dreamy quality of light in nature. Veil, printed on paper, recalls sun-dappled foliage in spring, while flamed-silk Haze is as vivid as a summer morning. A swirling pattern shimmers on Glint’s metallic gauze, and purple Echo, a glossy linen, imagines reflections on windowpanes. The standard bases are interchangeable, and size and color are custom. danielapinotti.com
