A Patterned LVT Collection Inspired by Light and Shadow Play

Shaw Contract’s new modular LVT collection, Shift & Tilt, riffs on the clean lines and angles of modern architecture and design. The brand’s first pattern-driven LVT, the product features multi-color horizontal or chevron striations imbued with metallic accents. Bringing the effects of light and shadow play to commercial flooring, Shift & Tilt allows for whimsical and flexible designs while offering Shaw Contract’s tech-forward features. These include foam backing, which gives extra comfort underfoot, minimizes the sound of foot traffic, and allows for decreased sound transfer between floors. The tile’s five-millimeter thickness also provides a smooth transition between modular carpet tile and hard surfaces without the use of transition strips. Additionally, the collection’s 40 mil wear layer doubles the industry standard for commercial use, which lends extra durability and makes it a top flooring choice for high-traffic commercial environments.

Available in six colorways, Shift features horizontal line work and subtle color accents that seamlessly transition between floor planks.

Tilt, which comes in 10 colorways, can be arrayed in a chevron pattern by alternating left and right tiles, or installed randomly.
