Bill Amberg Studio Introduces Leather Digitally Printed with Designs by Five Artists
On a mission to explore the possibilities of leather, Bill Amberg Studio has paired with five stellar designers to offer digitally printed hides for a range of interior uses. Interior Design Hall of Fame member Alexandra Champalimaud first painted with watercolors for Lua, a circular pattern in rose and gray. Faye Toogood’s Sketchpad extrapolates from her personal notebooks. Alistair McAuley and Paul Simmons, the duo behind Timorous Beasties, masterminded the richly saturated Omni Drips. Natasha Baradaran’s Elle incorporates a lace motif. And Tom Dixon turned to hyperreal photography with Foil.
