Benjamin Hayes is a senior associate architect and project manager at Rockwell Group, where he specializes in the design and execution of luxury hospitality and residential projects. With a diverse background that includes previous work at leading global firms such as Foster + Partners in London, Peter Marino Architect, and Handel Architects LLP in New York, Hayes brings a wealth of international experience to his work. Since joining Rockwell Group in 2022, his portfolio has expanded to include high-profile projects across North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Notable work includes Nobu One Za’abeel Dubai, Nobu’s first late-night ultra-lounge concept; Café Boulud at Four Seasons Riyadh, a contemporary interpretation of the classic French brasserie; and the Nobu Plaza Athénée Hotel & Spa in New York, an upcoming flagship property featuring an exclusive omakase concept. Hayes draws on his global travels and deep appreciation for art history to craft thoughtfully curated, richly detailed, and layered hospitality experiences that immerse guests in a distinct sense of place. A licensed architect in New York state, Hayes holds a Master of Architecture degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Design and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Bath.
