Altreforme’s Bow Space Divider Nods to Eileen Gray’s Futuristic Shapes

“Out of this world” is the only way to describe Bow, a cosmic space divider from Altreforme’s Galactica collection. Five hinged aluminum panels compose the nearly 8-foot-square screen, created by Antonio Aricò to emulate the futuristic forms of Eileen Gray. “I love giving empathy, character, and personality to products,” says the Italian designer. A nod to disco-ready eye shadow and nail lacquer à la Ziggy Stardust, the panels come painted in glittering or reflective finishes available in all RAL and Pantone colors.
