BIG in Washington: Giant Maze Fills National Building Museum

BIG Maze

BIG–Bjarke Ingels Group

has taken over the historic Great Hall


at Washington’s National Building Museum—where the firm’s exhibit “AmBIGuity” will also open in January. The 60-foot-square structure was built on-site in just a month from maple plywood and rises to 18 feet at its perimeter. Get lost in it through September 1.
