Hans Wegner’s CH-33 Reissued

An old chair is reborn. Originally designed in 1956 by Danish master Hans J. Wegner and produced for about 10 years, the CH33 chair has been reissued for manufacture under license in Denmark by Carl Hansen & Son. The re-introduction updates the chair’s color options, featuring colors taken from Wegner’s traditional palette-not part of the original options. ?The compact classic features clean line shown to advantage by a solid wood frame with a veneer seat and back. Contrasting wood can be used for the back, but the button details always match the wood in the frame. CH33 comes in natural woods, such as Beech and Oak, and finish options include oiled, varnish and soap treatment. Dimensions: 28″ h,    18.9″ d,  21.7″ w. Seat:  17.3″ h
