Currently working on projects in many countries, Neri&Hu is composed of multi-cultural staff who speak over 30 different languages. The diversity of the team reinforces a core vision for the practice: to respond to a global worldview incorporating overlapping design disciplines for a new paradigm in architecture.
Kenneth Wampler

The Alpha Workshops
in the mid-90s to merge his two lives: one devoted to fine and decorative arts, the other committed to creating life-renewing opportunities for people living with HIV/AIDS. The hybrid organization—which is both for-profit and not-for-profit—comprises the Alpha Workshops Studio School and Alpha Studios, two programs that allow artisans to make fine furniture and finishes for residential and commercial applications, as well as site-specific, custom-designed artwork. Alpha Workshops has received numerous awards, including the 2010 Circle of Excellence Humanitarian Award from the New York City Chapter of the IFDA.
