San Diego’s kitchen, bath, and outdoor brand Pirch heads to the Big Apple with Pirch SoHo, a 32,000-square-foot showroom set over three levels of a former ironworks. Retail and branding consultancy Fitch ensured the fabric of the building maintained its unique character, keeping the exposed brick and original archways intact. Within that industrial shell Pirch installed over 30 vignettes, highlighting a bevy of manufacturers from La Cornue to Kohler, encompassing everything from outdoor kitchens to home spas.
