is know for contemporary furnishings that are both elegant and timeless. Each piece is crafted by hand using using the highest quality materials available: from FSC certified timbers hand picked from local suppliers, to premium leathers from Scotland. The company’s newest introductions include the redesign of the Animate bedside table, a piece that  exposes the drawer mechanics in such a way that the function becomes the aesthetic. There’s also the Folk table, a dining table ideal for small gatherings, featuring a frame structure that is unobtrusive from any seating placement. The designers also created the Wonder cabinet to show off curiosities using traditional frame and panel constructions, but presented in a minimal modern exterior.

In addition to their own introductions,Young & Norgate was commissioned by

Buster + Punch

to prototype and manufacture their Rockstar whiskey cabinet. The brand launched last month at week at Clerkenwell Design Week. “We design and make for the home,” says Dave Young. “They’re everyday objects to be admired and interacted with. Our goal is to offer furniture of a high quality which will stand the test if time both in craftsmanship and design. Our pride is in the workmanship. Being handmade by our own craftsmen, we are committed to quality.
